• Brand Strategy & Growth Consulting

Services may be delivered under long-term retainer agreements or project-based contracts.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all content, data, and materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

• Payment terms will be outlined in the individual contract or service agreement.
• Retainer-based services are billed on a recurring basis, payable in advance.
• Project-based services require an upfront deposit, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Retainer agreements are non-refundable once services for the billing cycle have begun.
• Project-based cancellations prior to commencement may be refunded minus administrative fees.
• Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.

• Any intellectual property, strategies, designs, or materials created by TJ'S DIGIMARK remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work as part of our portfolio.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information received during the engagement, except as required by law.

• TJ'S DIGIMARK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TJ'S DIGIMARK, its employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services, including violations of third-party rights.

• We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
• Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed contract.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pakistan, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
